2- Consult "ONAAPH" doctor which will provide you a regulation according to your handicap.
3- Establishment of an estimate (on the level of the ONAAPH).
4- To move towards the organization of affiliation, to establish "une prise en charge" (100% or 80% selon le cas), provide with the following parts:
- Photocopy of handicapped card
- Photocopy of social security chart;
- Two regulations medical (External doctor and ONAAPH);
- Estimate establishes by ONAAPH;
5- Present itself to the ONAAPH, provided with the "prise en charge", for the manufacture of the apparatus or reception of
your accessory.

1- To Move to the Direction of the Social Action (DAS) of your wilaya of residence, which will take care to affiliate you at an organization of social security, and which will give you a chart of handicapped.
2- Consult an external doctor who will direct you.

4- Establishment of an estimate (on the level of the ONAAPH).

It is a chart attesting that the person is handicapped. It is delivered by the DAS (Direction of the Social Action) of your wilaya
of residence.

It is a document coming from the organization of social security where you are affiliated. It means that this organization will pay you 80% or 100%, of the amount of your accessory and/or apparatus. It serves as a purchase order for the ONAAPH.
